I’ve used Clifford The Carpet Cleaner for two years. Services were excellent and scheduling is easy. I emailed them on a Sunday and the appointment was booked for the following Thursday. The carpet, area rugs, sofas cleaned up really nice. The best part is they don’t use any heavy scents. Everything dried the same day.

We are so happy with how thorough & conscientious Preston was cleaning our carpets. I told Cliff he would need a magic wand to get some of stains out of our family room carpet & Voila! The rest of the house & stairs were expertly done. The only downside is now i’m going to have live with FR carpet a few more years! double-edged sword! 😂

Superb from start to finish. Stop your searching and hire this team. Scheduling, rescheduling (I needed to), pricing, prep conversations, managing expectations, showing up, doing the work, circling back after — all of it was 5-star. I didn’t think of taking “before” pictures in my grungy basement, but I wish I had because decades of dirt and spots are gone and the carpet looks so good! (I’ve added two “during” and two“after” photos.) Clifford + team got out a stain that stumped cleaners for 15+ years. They also did (1st to 2nd flr) one loose rug and the matching staircase carpeting. Also looking so good. Cliff and Elizabeth and their team are tops.

Cliff and his team did a phenomenal job at our offices. We had previous cleaners out in past years and tried renting carpet cleaners to do it ourselves, but nothing compared to the service we received and the quality of the cleaning. Cliff and Elizabeth were both great to work with and made the entire process so easy for us. Definitely recommend and will be using in the future!

Working with Clifford & Elizabeth to get the old grime and pet urine out of my beloved area rug, so I was comfortable laying it in my new apartment was easy and enjoyable.
